At Kizzybel Designs we stand behind the amazing quality of our products and 100% guarantee our workmanship. All products are inspected for quality assurance before they are sent out.

Please make sure you inspect your products as soon as you receive them and let us know if there is a problem. We are more than happy to replace any product that is defective, e.g. misprints, manufacturing issue, etc. at no charge. 

 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. HOW DO I GET IT FIXED? 

We hate to make mistakes, but sometimes we do… Please know that we strive to exceed your expectations and will get you out the correct item ASAP. 

Send an email with photos of the item received to our customer service department at support@kizzybeldesigns.com and we will take care of getting you the right item.  
 


CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN AN ITEM?

  • If you received a wrong size, please email support@kizzybeldesigns.com with your full name, order number and/or email address you used when ordering with a screenshot of your order so we can make it right for you and send you the correct size you've ordered. *Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date your item was delivered.

 

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS? 

  • Each and every item is individually printed just for you, which is why we are unable to offer returns at this time. All of our apparel is TRUE TO SIZE. Please refer to the size charts on our website to assure you are ordering a good fit or reach out to us prior to ordering. We're always happy to help!

 *All sales are FINAL unless there's a quality issue or incorrectly sent to you.
