 Our current turnaround production time is 10-14 business days plus shipping.

 **All items are handmade, custom made for you from scratch. Variations may occur**

 

   PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • We accept PayPal and credit/debit card payments only. Payment must be made within 48 hours after your order was placed. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours with non-payment, your order will be cancelled.

  • All orders shipped to Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

  • Once payment received in full, we will start creating your piece.

  • We will not make any changes to your order after it was placed and payment cleared.

  • Please note that we don't send invoices with the shipments, your PayPal receipt is your invoice, you may print out.

 

   SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Kizzybel Designs ships worldwide!

  • All of our items are shipped with USPS First Class and can take 2-7 days within the US and 10-24 + days internationally.

  • We have no control over how long the package may be held up in customs. This is an estimate given by the post office. Packages often arrive sooner than the estimated shipping time but we are not responsible in case of any delays.

  • All items will be mailed in a padded envelope, which is included in the shipping costs, to provide extra protection for your items.

  • We normally ship within one week after a cleared payment. Should you need a package sooner, we do offer upgraded services for an additional charge.

  • Insurance is available for an extra fee and is recommended.

  • Orders shipped to the US or APO addresses receive a PayPal tracking number via email once order is ready to be shipped.

  • International orders will also mail through USPS first-class mail which does NOT provide tracking.

  • Depending on your country, customs charges or taxes may be due when you receive your package. These charges are your responsibility and are decided by the receiving country where you live.

  • Please note that we print shipping labels through PayPal. Please make sure your shipping address reflects on your PayPal mailing address.

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that their address is correct. Make sure to update your shipping address in PayPal as well! If you need your item shipped to a gift recipient, use that addrss in PayPal also.

  • Further, we are not responsible for items lost, stolen, delayed or misdirected mail as this is completely out of our hands.

 

   RETURNS/REFUNDS

  • Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of all of our items they are NON refundable. All sales are final!

  • Unless a mistake was made from our side, we do not accept returns in any way. If we have made an error on your item please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt and we will correct it as quickly as possible. However, items must be send back in new, unused condition in their original packaging. Shipping costs are not refunded.

  • To avoid misunderstandings it is very important that you read all the product information given and review your order before sumbitting it. Pictures can be tricky, so if you have questions regarding the size or dimensions please contact us before placing your order. Also double check bracelt/pet collar sizes. Our order form asks for the exact size needed in inches. 

 

   ADDITONAL POLICIES

   • Some of our products may contain pieces such as beads, crystals, charms, or other embellishments that may, however unlikely, come lose and pose a choking hazard to children.

  • Always make sure items are intact before giving to a child.

  • By purchasing from Kizzybel Designs you are agreeing not to hold Kizzybel Designs liable or responsible for any injury resulting from its products.
